Rainbows & Sunshine is dedicated to delivering your products in the most safe, expedient way. As a result, products may be packaged in a larger parcel that may weigh slightly more than the total of the items inside.
International shipping rates vary significantly per order, but at this time we are honoring our flat rate shipping fees for all international orders. Please contact us prior to placing any international orders to confirm the shipping estimates to your home.

Please note that due to the nature the body products sold here, and the fact that products cannot be resold, returns will not be accepted.

PRIVACY POLICY

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

  • What are your shipping rates?
    All orders domestic order over $50.00 (USD) receive free shipping. Any domestic shipment under $50.00 (USD) has a $5.99 (USD) shipping fee. All international orders are subject to a $10.99 minimum shipping fee. If you'd like to confirm the shipping rate prior to making a purchase, please reach out to us with the product(s) you're considering and we can give you an estimate of your total cost for shipping.
  • Why does the soap take 4-6 weeks to restock?
    Rainbows and Sunshine uses only the Cold Process method of soapcrafting, meaning the ingredients are all heated together, combined, and then allowed to cool in the mold(s) for up to a week. Once the soap is removed from the mold, it cures in the open air to completely neutralize the lye (sodium hydroxide), which is a caustic soda used in the soaponifacation process, and to evaporate most of the water used in the soaponification process. If the soap is not allowed to fully cure, the soap will not last very long, may remain very soft, and may not produce as great of a lather. Since we want you to have the best products around, we're committed to allowing our soap the appropriate time to "finish" becoming a wonderful addition to your cleansing routine.
  • Why has a specific soap been marked "Out of Stock" for several weeks?"
    As new soap scents and recipes are made and added to the website, we like to monitor the popularity of them. Most soaps are made again as soon as they sell out, or are close to selling out, however for soaps that were slow to sell out or only sold after a large sale, it's hard to determine whether the scents and/or recipe were favorable for our customers. Therefore, we may choose not to remake any of these soaps until we hear them requested again from our customers. Those soaps that do not get requested again will be retired. If you'd like to request that a Sold Out soap is made, please contact us at contact@rnshappiness.com and let us know! We can accommodate custom soap orders, including for Sold Out products, that will not be placed on the website. Please see the FAQ regarding custom orders for more information.
  • Can you make custom orders?
    Yes! One of our most exciting endeavors was a custom request for Ranch-scented soap! We love to expirement with new colors, scents, and oils, and will be happy to take custom requests. Please note, however, that orders for custom-requested soap are only for an entire loaf (9-10 bars) and a deposit will be required when the order is placed. At this time, we cannot accommodate custom requests for any customers looking to purchase only a few bars of the soap. Hopefully this is something that will change in the future as we grow.   • Do you make baby shower or wedding favors?
    Absolutely! Please email us at contact@rnshappiness.com with the pertinent information and we will be happy to assist!
  • Why don't you make bath bombs?
    Bath Bombs are something that is currently in the testing phase at Rainbows and Sunshine. We are hoping to begin offering them for sale in the next few months. Stay tuned!
  • Do you make gift baskets or sets?
    Yes! We can make custom gift baskets themed with a specific scent, or we can do a mix-and-match. Right now they are only available by emailing us at contact@rnshappiness.com, and start at $25.00 per basket. We hope to add some pre-arranged baskets to our shop for sale soon.
  • Do you sell in-person?
    We do! RIght now we do not have a physical location, but we do frequent local craft fairs and other events as a vendor. If you'd like to know when and where we will be next, please head over to our Facebook page and give us a Like/Follow to receive updates. Please note that we do not sell products via Facebook, but we can accept payments in-person or via Paypal outside of the website for local pick-up/purchase.
